Description: Produced at El Paraiso by Diego Bermudez, this decaffeinated Castillo comes from the Piendamo region of Cauca, grown at 1,900 masl. Carefully processed to preserve its vibrant character, this coffee delivers a strikingly expressive cup with intense fruit-forward aromatics and floral complexity.

In the cup, it reveals notes of Peach Candy and Honeysuckle, lifted by a Juicy body and Bright acidity that create a lively and clean finish.

This decaf is like no other they combined there unique advanced anaerobic fermentations with a sugar can process that extract that caffeine from the seeds and this is the result.

Granja Paraiso is a large producer they are exporters and qualified to QC. We don't tend to buy green but have a build a good partnership through the years and they are an exemption.
