Description: Produced at El Encanto by Franky Hoyos, this Bourbon Orange comes from Pitalito–Palestina region of Huila, grown at 1,650 masl. Processed using an advanced washed method, this coffee showcases clarity and depth while preserving a rich, expressive character. In the cup, it presents notes of orange cake and chocolate, wrapped in a velvety texture that delivers a smooth, indulgent finish.

We met Jhon through our quality control group based in Pitalito, Huila. We can share he has a long trajectory in coffee learning from big farms in the Cauca region. His farm is located in Acevedo , Huila and he named it Rio Negro. Jhon is into using yeast and thermal shock for his coffee’s and we carry and share Pink Bourbon Lactic, Orange Bourbon and this coffee Bourbon Papayo.
