  • Description:Produced by Paola and Carlos Trujillo at Finca Patio Bonito, this SL-28 comes from Pescador, Cauca, at 1,570 masl, and is processed using an advanced Washed method. While this is not their typical processing style, the Trujillos chose to push beyond their usual approach, exploring advanced techniques to develop a lot aimed at competition-level performance.

    In the cup, this coffee is highly complex and expressive, driven by vibrant Floral, and Citrus Fruits notes, with layered sweetness and a dynamic structure.
