Description: Produced at El Mirador by Diego and Yessica Parra of Diwan, this Bourbon Ají comes from Pitalito region of Huila, grown at 1,750 masl. Processed using a washed method, this coffee offers an elegant and delicate profile that balances fruit character with herbal complexity.

In the cup, it presents notes of stone fruit, white tea, and milk chocolate, layered over a silky texture with a refined, lingering finish.
