Description:Produced at Finca El Diviso for Marcos Plazas, this washed coffee grows at 1,750 masl in Pitalito, Huila. The cherries are fermented for 24 hours in tanks, followed by 30 hours of mucilage oxidation. The coffee is then sun-dried in a marquesina for 300 hours, resulting in a vibrant and well-balanced cup that reflects the precision and care behind its processing.

Hugo is a quality person that creates great quality coffee. The farm named La Vega, is one of the hardest farms to get to and visit its in-between to huge mountains and in a hidden drive way route. Farm size is only 3 hectares and 1 hectares consists of Pink Bourbon. Making this a true micro lot.
