Description: Produced at El Porvenir by Mónica Berdugo, this washed Maracaturra comes from Palestina, Huila, at 1,900 masl. Carefully cultivated at high altitude, this lot highlights the elegance of the variety and the region’s terroir. In the cup, it offers a smooth caramel sweetness, complemented by delicate floral and herb-like notes, with a bright orange acidity that brings clarity and balance to the profile.

Hugo is a quality person that creates great quality coffee. The farm named La Vega, is one of the hardest farms to get to and visit its in-between to huge mountains and in a hidden drive way route. Farm size is only 3 hectares and 1 hectares consists of Pink Bourbon. Making this a true micro lot.
