Every great roasters needs to source a great decaf, at least that what we think. So we found the best we could get by the world famous folks at Granja Paraiso - 92. This decaf is like no other they combined there unique advanced anaerobic fermentations with a sugar can process that extract that caffeine from the seeds and this is the result.

Granja Paraiso is a large producer they are exporters and qualified to QC. We don't tend to buy green but have a build a good partnership through the years and they are an exemption.
